ABOUT NICOLE
"My two favorite things are people and real estate."
Born and raised in the DC suburb of Prince George’s County, Maryland, Nicole has deep ties to Maryland, Virginia and Southern Pennsylvania. She's a proud alumna of Bowie State University with a degree in Computer Technology. Nicole's passion for real estate was discovered while living in a former 19th century school house in the Fells Point area of Baltimore City. Birthed out of her experience in Baltimore and a desire to take an active role in revitalizing communities through real estate, Nicole started Colener Properties in late 2016. With a love for people and passion for real estate she enjoys working with homeowners, buyers, renters and other real estate investors. Nicole maintains a real estate license in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. She is primarily focused in the Mid-Atlantic region and welcomes an opportunity to partner and grow into other areas.
